Well. That… explains that. Beatrix was 100% aware of being watched and Outissa was completely clueless. I’d be pretty ticked off as well! Fortunately, Director Wilke knows how to defuse a potentially tense situation in just the right way!
Looks like Outissa finally got fed up with… something! Maybe she was tired of two weeks going by without an update. Either way, that is one powerful chirp.
Between a quarter to a third of all noxans are unable to communicate verbally. However, noxans do take very quickly to learning sign language, and nearly every noxan is taught how to sign at a very young age.
Awww, look… an apology, a hug, and now they’re off to ADVENTURE! Also, don’t worry – that doesn’t hurt at all.

This is the second comic posted today that I worked, where something hapless befalls a yinglet’s travelling companion (the other being Out-of-Placers.) Ah well! I’m sure she’s fiiiiiine. Noxans TOTALLY make those kinds of noises all the time, right? RIGHT!?
